Very clean, nice people, new furniture and pool.
Ac took quite a long time to cool the room(almost the whole night) and if you came back late at night, the owners dogs where growling.

One of the best properties I stayed in Thailand that was great value for money.
Nothing bad to mention great facilities, clean and modern with beautiful interior and surroundings.
One thing to take into account you need a motorbike to live comfortably, it was not a problematic for us, have a think if you are not planning to drive or if you don’t mind ordering grabs. Apart from that enjoy the place it looks even better in real life!
2nd floor the wifi could be a bit better if you are planning to stay longer and you need to do some work etc.
