    We spent a couple of weeks at the Bhundhari Chaweng and enjoyed every minute! A well equipped room fronting the pool, so early morning swims were great. Across the road or very nearby were some fantastic restaurants, especially the Pensari where we celebrated my wife's birthday. But the highlight of the stay was meeting the room cleaning staff who were absolutely impressive. Many from Myanmar and they were great 👍.

    Pictures looks nice but overall experience was disappointing. We asked for 2 beds but they couldn’t accommodate us so we only got one and instead of giving us another blanket, they wanted us to pay extra (keep in mind we requested 2 beds upon arrival). Overall was really outdated hotel, not very clean, cleaners clean the room and pour the water they used in the sink where you clean your face and brush your teeth so the sink was always muddy. In pictures it looks like the hotel is on the beach when in fact only bungalows are and the hotel is further. I feel that staff was nice as most thailand people but we couldn’t communicate with them as they didn’t understand english at all. They learnt couple sentences and you basically have to explain your problem in gestures. The water in the shower couldn’t get down the drain so they took the drain top and just left in on the bath (why then would you put it in the first place? Because whenever cleaners come they put it back and then we have to call someone in to take it off). As well the doors to the balcony was broken, they come to “fix” it and couple opens/closes later it brokes down again (you couldn’t open or close the door). We brought these issues with Agoda as well and all they could say is that this hotel will be no longer available on the listing from September and that they contacted the hotel but the hotel refused that there are any issues. Neither party basically solved any of our issues or refund us accordingly. If i knew this before my trip, I wouldn’t have booked these premises. We wanted to have one week of basically relaxing at the hotel and do nothing as we have been travelling through thailand, but instead we got this poor hotel that kind of killed the vibe

    The bungalows are in the last quiet corner of Chaweng beach. Staff were polite and helpful, although we didn't interact with them much. The pool was nice and the pool barman was, too.

    i spent 5 nights at the hotel with not good experience stayed. 1. room was not good e.g. telephone, safe are out of service 2. air condition was leaking and called to reception twice before fix it. 3. amenities were not fill daily. 4. hotel charged us THB 1,000 for damaged bed sheet. we didn’t know how was happened? we spent day time outside hotel every day and came back to sleep only. Hopefully they will improve the comment immediately.
