Beautiful breakfast, amazing service

We chose this hotel for our 2nd & 3rd day in Koh Samui and felt it was a great choice for what we needed! 1. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating upon arrival. They had to sit down in the office while they got our paperwork together and offered us some juice and a wet towel service. There is a ฿1000 damage deposit that you pay but get back upon leaving. There is a golf cart buggy service to take you to your room and the staff helped bring the luggage to the rooms and we’re very friendly and polite. 2. The room was very clean and tidy upon entry with a welcome message on the bed. The room has good lighting, a deck outside that you can hang your clothing on if it’s wet, a mini fridge, complementary tea, and coffee, a blow dryer, a safe, and a bathroom with a great shower! 3. The air conditioning was cold, but a bit loud at night. I used earplugs and it was fine. The bedding was very clean, crisp and comfortable. 4. We didn’t use the pool, but it was a long rectangular smaller pool with a bar outside. When we got there, there was quite a few people in it. 5. There is a massage place on site that we did not use or look into. 6. We had brunch before leaving which I would write about a seven out of 10. The food was good, but somewhat average, the staff were very friendly, the prices were relatively economical for a hotel. 7. The location was at the south end of Chaweng Beach so if you wanted to walk up the strip, it was about a 30 minute walk to get to the Central Mall area. The sidewalks are a lot more rough than I thought they would be walking into town, but it was neat to walk by all of the shops. Across the street from the hotel, as you walk out the driveway are a few restaurants: a sushi restaurant, 2 Italian style restaurants, and an authentic family owned Thai restaurant which is delicious!! Right beside the hotel is also a Tops convenience store and around the corner is a 711. Just down from the 711 is a little local bar called “Ketum Bar” which had decent price drinks, good music, a pool table, and a good little atmosphere! 8. The beach… A little bit more tricky to get to. As you walk out the driveway from the hotel to the right, you passed tops and then there is an entrance to the beach that says private property everywhere. We did not go through this entrance however you can if you pay ฿10-฿20. If you walk a little further down the road however, most hotels will let you just walk through their open entrances or if you walk about 15 minutes down on the right you will see a big long empty looking lot with a long driveway that goes out to the beach where there is a small bar called “High On Bar”. This is a great little bar to stop, have a drink, have something to eat and sit on a beanbag and join the view and ocean! 9. Hands-down, we would recommend this hotel again!

Nothing bad to say about the place, one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is amazing ! Really high quality service. The place have everything you need and the price is great !

We stayed here and only checked out today. Room was ok- location amazing right next to the beach and short walk to strip. They do have a massage place onsite however we did not use. Pool was very dirty and they did offer to clean but really needs emptied and cleaned then refilled not just partial clean. Therefore I did not go in the pool. Because of this the staff kindly offered complimentary breakfast as I couldn’t get hold of Agoda for a refund. The breakfast was cold ie - baked beans bacon etc and poached eggs weren’t cooked. Because of language barrier made it difficult to explain so we did not eat breakfast again. All in all if you are looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful this may be for you. This was a big birthday to celebrate so we decided to relocate. Cleaner was lovely.
