About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming house and outbuilding for rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in the heart of the historic L'Isle district. With a total surface area of 90 m², it can accommodate 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a sleeping area and two bathrooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
The main house (70m²):
First floor:
- 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped closed kitchen including: oven, vitro hob, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, small food processor, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and a dining area.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- A storeroom giving access to a separate WC and the adjoining outbuilding (from the outside)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (80x200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds (80x200)
Outbuilding (20 m²) ideal for independent teenagers:
- A sleeping area with two single beds (80x200)
- Bathroom with shower
Exterior :
- A 30 m² south- and west-facing terrace with a fully-equipped summer dining room (bar, tables and chairs)
- Other outdoor equipment: deckchairs, Weber charcoal barbecue, garden furniture.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, etc. are nearby.
Activities :
- A wide range of sporting and cultural activities are available in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo: tennis club, bike hire, accrobranche course, sailing, golf, horse riding, beach clubs, concerts, exhibitions, etc...
- Fort-Lalatte and Cap Fréhel (20 min. drive)
- Dinan and Château de la Hunaudaye (30 min. drive)
- Saint Malo or Dinard by sea (shuttle from the port of Saint Cast) or by car (30 min)
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free opposite the house in the “Emeraude” Ephad parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest TGV stations: Lamballe, Saint-Brieuc, Saint-Malo
- Nearest airport: Saint Brieuc
