In Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, less than 10 minutes walk from the large beach, you will have an excellent stay in our house. Shops are within walking distance (bakery, post office, crossroads city, pharmacy, fishmonger...) in the small center of Saint Cast and near the town hall.

The house, completely renovated in 2020, on one level and with a surface area of 150m² is very bright. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, parking is free and easy in front of the house.
An enclosed garden of 500m² runs around the house and a south-west facing terrace communicates with the kitchen and the dining room.

On the first floor:
- A large and very bright living room
- A fitted kitchen open to the dining room (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine)
- A games room with a large library and a sofa
- A bedroom (a 140x190 bed)
- A bathroom and a separate toilet

Upstairs:
- A shower room and a toilet
- A bedroom with a 90x190 bed and a large desk.
- A bedroom with a 90x190 bed and a desk
- A large bedroom with an 80x190 bed and a 70x190 bed and a large an office on the garden side
- A large bedroom with an 80x190 bed and a 70x190 bed and a desk on the sea side
The single beds can be pushed together to offer a 160 bed and a 140 bed.

Wi-Fi internet connection, barbecue, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso, washing machine, drying rack, deckchairs, badminton net and rackets, molki, beach games...

Cleaning rate included.
You will be greeted by the Castine Concierge (concierge service / stewardship).
- Check in: between 4 pm and 7 pm
- Check out: before 10 am
Linen, sheets and towels are not provided but can be requested from the Castine Concierge according to a flat rate at the expense of the tenant.
