Step into island life at Pineapple Village 3715, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom condo located in the heart of Margaritaville on St. Thomas. With direct poolside access*, beach vibes just a stroll away, and all the comforts of home, this is the perfect spot to unwind, recharge, and soak up the sun.

What Makes This Condo Special:
* Poolside Ease: The sparkling pool for Pineapple Village is right outside your door, making it easy to jump in for a quick dip or lounge with a tropical drink in hand. Pineapple Village has its own pool for their guests.
* Prime Location: Set within Margaritaville on the East End of St. Thomas, you’re a short walk from Coki Beach and Coral World Marine Park. Note: You can dine at the restaurants and use the beach at Margaritaville but the pools and resort amenities are for guests of Margaritaville only.
* Island Dining Made Easy: Grab a bite (or a margarita) at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville restaurant, no need to leave the resort.

Bathrooms
- 4 full bathrooms with a step in shower, all ensuite and one bonus full bathroom off the living room
- Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, paper products
Kitchen & Dining
- Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, drip coffee maker, pots and pans, and more!
- Salt, pepper, and assorted spices (leftover extras often available)
- Indoor dining + outdoor dining outside of the living room
- AC in main living space
Temperature & Power Notes
- Split-unit air conditioning in each room, including the main living space (individually controlled), makes this condo fully air conditioned
- Ceiling fans throughout
- Automatic generator as back up power supply during outages will power all the bedroom ACs, water pump, and water heater OR one bedroom AC, the living room AC, water pump, and water heater. Please refrain from doing laundry while on generator power and please shut down the living room AC before using water when on generator power.
- Cistern-fed water: we try to schedule water deliveries prior to your arrival, however, due to the water truck's schedule, we might need to coordinate a delivery while you're in the property to ensure you don't run out of water during your stay.
- Important note: During the cool “Christmas Winds” season (Dec–Feb), if you open the doors to enjoy the breeze, please shut off the AC to avoid damaging the units. They can’t keep up with high humidity in the air and will leak water inside the property, damaging furniture and flooring
- Hurricane season is August–October, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of a hurricane

Getting Around
We recommend getting a rental car as that is the best way to see the most out of St. Thomas but if you prefer taxis, that’s no problem for this location! Pineapple Village is in a great, central location and being at Margaritaville makes it convenient to walk down to the resort to grab a taxi when you need

Adventure is Just Minutes Away
* Red Hook (6-Minute Drive): Bars, restaurants, shopping, and the ferry to St. John, it’s all just a quick trip from your door.
* More Beaches, More Fun: Explore nearby gems like Lindquist Beach, Sapphire Beach, and Secret Harbor, Cowpet, Vessup all within a short drive.
- Cost U Less & The Market (groceries) – 11 minutes, most affordable place to grab groceries on the island. Some items are in bulk but most are not.
- Havensite shops + Pirate Museum – 20 minutes, lots of shopping options. The Pirate Museum is open when cruise ships are in port and is fun way to learn about the history of the island.
Snorkeling: Coki, Sapphire, Lindquist
Kid-friendly activities: Pirate’s Museum + VI Children's Museum (Havensite), Coral World (Coki), Parasailing (Sapphire Beach), ferry day trip to St. John

This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.
Important to Note:
* While the condo itself is completely private, you may encounter vendors who service the property like a landcapers. Generator techs, or pest control.
* Signing a rental agreement is requirement to rent this condo.

The condo was really nice. A couple of thoughts….. you shouldn’t say that Coki beach is walkable. If you have kids, chairs and a cooler, it’s too far to walk. Also, it should be mentioned that you need to walk through the second bedroom to get to the third. We were fine but it might not be convenient for couples that don’t know each other all that well.

We had a great week with family enjoying the sunshine. The condo provided us plenty of space for relaxing and privacy. We took advantage of walking the short distance to Coki Beach which is gorgeous, while the beach behind Margarittaville is not. We cooked a prime rib in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Our unit was directly across from the pool and the pool was very nice and relatively empty. I ‘d stay here again anytime!

I had always told my granddaughter that we would take a trip when she graduated. So, as the time came and we got to searching, this looked like a perfect spot. We wanted a please to accommodate me, her, her mom, her other grandmother and a friend.
It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. So much space for all of us. We all loved it.
The grounds are beautiful, and so well kept.
I would definitely go back!
