The Hosts were fantastic - so responsive and helpful. The location set next to Margaritaville we super convenient, and an easy walk to Coki Beach. The best part is the large private courtyard!

Everything was perfect for the whole family. Kitchen had all what we needed to prepare our food. Market is ok but very limited on items.

Great location and spacious home, but some drawbacksThe house was in a great location and had plenty of space, making it a solid choice for a large group. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. That said, the property felt a bit run down considering the price point. Also, Margaritaville next door had a significant seaweed problem during our stay, which caused an unpleasant odor in the area. Overall, the home worked well for our group, but there were a few things that impacted the experience.

Heidi and Mark were great Hosts. Always responded quickly and willing to help.Beautiful property with Margaritaville so close.No one swam here at the beach- Sapphire Beach is within 10 minute drive. Nice 3 bedroom/4 bath unit worked well for our family of 6. We did experience very cool showers all week. Not fun! The pool on property is very nice and was not busy. Seemed like we had our own private pool.
