With lovely, wide sliding patio doors throughout the property, the indoor areas flow seamlessly to the outdoor living spaces which fills the rooms with light, and the southerly orientation ensures all-day sun on the pool terrace and balcony.
The ground floor of the property has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, spacious and comfortable living-dining room with feature fireplace, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a guest cloakroom/WC.
The living room and bedroom lead out onto the pool terrace where you will find the built in BBQ area, dining table and chairs, sun-loungers, a shower, and outdoor lounge furniture to sit and read with a refreshing drink. The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m and can be heated by prior request (€200 per week from May to September).
Upstairs on the 1st floor are 2 more bedrooms; a twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room, and the master bedroom with king-size bed and an en-suite with bath and shower. Both of these bedrooms open onto the large decked balcony which looks over the pool and out to sea.
Electric shutter blinds keep out the light in the bedrooms and provide extra security. All the bathrooms have electric towel rails. Ducted air-conditioning in bedrooms and living room. Free WiFi. Secure parking for up to 3 vehicles.
