NAU Salema Beach Village

Lovely location and very spacious.

High quality apartment in every way. Quiet, relaxing, beautiful garden and pool area. Very clean. Apartment was very big and both couples had own privacy. Two en-suite bathrooms plus quest toilet upstairs. Good kitchen. Pool bar to buy more coffee capsules and snacks. Rather good crocery in ten minutes down the hill. We enjoyed walking down and back the steep hill, but there is a buggy which you can call pick you up from the room or from the beach. Some very good restaurants at the beach area.

Plastic sheet in the bed made sleeping uncomfortable.

Beautiful large comfortable place. Staff was extremely helpful.

Nothing

Spacious and for the most part well appointed.

I do not appreciate the petty charges for additional dishwasher pucks to be able to enjoy my vacation. There are not enough dishes provided to even get through a single day of meals without hand washing dishes, A single complimentary puck per day is not too much to ask given the cost of the room. The surly staff response when i expressed this opinion at the front desk did nothing to ameliorate the situation. Our unit had several windows full of moisture because the sealed panes had failed. It gives the sense of a run down accommodation. The oversized pillows on the beds were impractical and uncomfortable to sleep with. Two regular size pillows are needed, preferably of different types to accommodate difering preferences. We enjoyed our first stay and were returning customers. You have cured us of any desire to return again.
