Mandatory Rental Agreement: All guests must sign a rental agreement prior to their stay.
No Local Rentals: Rentals are not allowed within a two-hour radius of the property unless pre-approved.
No Smoking or Vaping Indoors: Smoking is only permitted outside, away from doors and windows. Any evidence of indoor smoking will incur additional fees. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly to avoid a $20 fine.
No Parties: Large gatherings or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available for a $50 fee, upon request and pre-approval.
Pet Policy: Up to two dogs are allowed for a fee of $87. Please ensure pets are well-behaved and follow these guidelines:
Use the provided dog blanket if pets are on the bed.
Do not leave pets unattended unless crated.
Clean up after your pet to avoid a $20 fine for waste left behind.
Unauthorized animals will result in eviction and a $350 fine.
