Our family group of 11 adults stayed at this property. The layout and spaciousness provided ample time for shared activities while also allowing individuals and couples to enjoy their own space. The furnishings are of high quality and designed to accommodate larger groups. Onsite parking was convenient, with options available in the garage and carport for our five vehicles. The electric gate at the roadside offered an additional sense of security.Unfortunately, the gas bottle for the BBQ was depleted during our stay, and despite prior notification that a second gas bottle was available, this was not the case. Additionally, the vacuum cleaner was not operational, likely due to a charger issue, and there was no broom or dustpan available for floor maintenance.The booking team was consistently responsive and willing to reimburse us for any items we replaced. We would welcome the opportunity to return during warmer weather to enjoy the pool and surrounding outdoor areas. The direct access to walking trails along the beach is a significant benefit. There is also space in the garage for guests to bring their bikes.

Property was poorly cleaned! Dirty windows, Pool table covered in Dust and Dirt! 2 air conditioners not working properly, broken Tiles around pool, etc. Price went up 1300 from last year. Won't stay there again unfortunately because great location.
