NO CAR NEEDED-30metres BEACH/PUBS/RESTURANTS/SHOPS (We have plenty of off street secure parking for your cars)

Deluxe Queen Air Bed is avaliable on request enabling sleeping for10 people
PRIME POSITION- Located between the main road & the beach. Position Postion Position - Cannot get closer to the BEACH, Shops, Cafes, Takeaways, Restaurants, Hotels,Supermarkets, Cinemas etc -just at the front gate. Traffic lights to cross the road at front of property.

LEAVE YOUR CAR -You can walk to nearly everything.
Take the bus at the front door as far as Portsea or Frankston.
- WALK THROUGH THE REAR GATE: straight onto the SANDY BEACH, Pristine Blue Waters, safe family friendly beach, foreshore with sealed walking/cycling track (bring your bikes) & the famous kite festival.
- Watch all the ships go by including large cruise liners and the Spirit of Tasmania (this location is the closest that the ships come to the shore in Port Philip Bay)
- Enjoy swimming, sun baking, snorkling on the beach or go fishing off the pier/jetty, boat hire, or walk the sandy beaches.
- Fishing trips/day crusies are available off the jetty.

Perfectly Located. Just step out to the beach or the shops.
Information needs to be updated to clearly describe the property and privacy of it.
Firstly, there isn’t two living areas as advised, it’s one living space.
Lastly, yes there is a private, fully fenced frontage to the property, but the property is shared by two other rental properties plus the house we stayed in. The decking and bbq area is a step down to the shared parking area, so no privacy. This means you are sharing the driveway and parking area.
This was an issue for us as we had to constantly be on the lookout as we had kids with us.
During our stay, Boris was lovely to deal with.
