Bus stop at front door to Portsea/Frankston.
Charming old home has 4 queen bedrooms
2 bathrooms, 3 hot showers incl outside, 2 toilets.
Deluxe Queen airbed self inflating is available on request.
Outdoor covered bbq area with outdoor settings .
BBQ avaliable, may require guest cleaning etc
Rubbish Bins maybe full at times subject to booking demand.
Ample secure off road parking.
Wheelchair access.
1-5 night minimum stay depending on time of year.

Walk or ride the sealed Bay Trail at the back gate from Safety Beach to Portsea. Watch the ships go by or fish off the pier or hire a boat,
Try the EAGLE Chair lift for amazing views over the the bay Melbourne and further. Feed the Black Sea Swans .
Swim in the clean safe beach.
The Newest Largest Playground on the peninsular is a couple of minutes walk from the back gate.
The New $36M Aquatic Centre is due to open shortly.
Watch the sunset, or just relax and enjoy the many Mornington Peninsula's regional tourism attractions just a short drive away.
