The 2-bedroom apartment, spanning 77 sqm, offers an ideal space for families or groups of up to 4 adults. It features two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower and balcony access, providing stunning views of the pool and Sheikh Zayed Road. The living room is equipped with a dining table for four, a comfortable sofa and armchair, a 55-inch Smart TV with cable, and a dedicated dining area.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes all basic appliances, such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, bread toaster, stovetop with oven, kettle, and microwave. Additionally, there is a guest washroom for added convenience. Guests can enjoy the comfort and functionality of a home, with the ability to cook and wash as they would in their own residence. Our home truly feels like a home away from home.
