Very confortable appartment. Good pool. Very friendly staff (Loutfy was super responsive and supportive).
The access is not so easy, the roads are not well designed and the area is still under construction

The location is great and there are wonderful views of Burj Khalifa and the Business Bay from the balcony, quiet building and good design and furniture in the apartment .
The apartment needs some maintenance . The AC in the living room was not cooling as it should . The shower drain was blocked and water was filling the entire bathroom . We called the apartment services twice but this remained unresolved until we left . The swimming room was always shut and no one knew when it will reopen but it’s being advertised in booking com as part of the amenities coming with this apartment rental.

The location is great and the views from the apartment are fabulous. It’s a quiet apartment and building . It’s tastefully designed , sunny and fully of light. Check in and out process was seamless.
The swimming pool was closed for maintenance during our entire stay (14 days). No explanation given about when it would be available . The AC in the living room was not cooling properly . The bathroom shower drainage did not work and we called the facility management twice but no solution …
