The location is excellent, it's just about 8 minutes to Dubai Mall and 10 minutes to Burj Khalifa. There’s a supermarket only a 1-minute walk away, with several restaurants nearby, which makes everything very convenient. The apartment is also close to the Dubai Canal, and the stunning Tolerance Bridge (with its beautiful purple/blue arch) is right there which is perfect for photos, especially in the evening. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and all the electronic appliances work perfectly. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Since it’s an apartment, you’re expected to manage your own cleanliness. There is no routine housekeeping, so bedsheets and towels are not changed during the entire week, which can feel a bit awkward for longer stays. The shower and bathtub work well, but the floor can be slippery, so extra caution is needed to avoid accidents. I visited during the Dubai winter season, when nights are quite cold, and the bedding provided was rather thin and not warm enough for the colder nights. The service desk operates online via WhatsApp, but responses can be quite slow — sometimes taking almost a full day. Overall, I did not enjoy the customer service experience, as communication and response times were not as prompt as expected.
