لا يوجد خدمه تنظيف وعند طلب التنظيف يكون برسوم والمواقف كانت في الدور الرابع الدخول والخروج متعب

Our recent stay with Luxbnb was a fantastic experience. The apartment was nice and clean, with stunning skyline views that added to the ambiance.
The host was incredibly cooperative, providing prompt communication that made the entire process smooth.
The furniture was great, enhancing the comfort of the space
The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for both short and long stays. Our family and kids felt right at home.
Centrally located, gives easy access to various attractions and services. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Dubai!

اجراءات الcheck in معقدة للغاية ولا يوجد فيها سلاسة. بناية لا يوجد بها موظف استقبال.. مجرد حارس أمن ليس له صلاحية اعطاء مفاتيح الشقة الا بعد ان يقوم المستأجر بتسجيل الوصول عبر الانترنت واجراءات طويلة.
عند الوصول انتظرنا ما يقارب الساعة وزيادة في السيارة الى ان تم تسليمنا مفاتيح الشقة.
لا يوجد تنظيف يومي للشقة (بعكس نظام الفنادق) وحين طلب التنظيف يتم احتساب مبلغ اضافي (350 درهم)!
