Hosts were wonderful - great communication and smooth check-in. The home had plenty of space for our group. There were nice outdoor spaces to take advantage of the beautiful river location. This is not a new house so don’t expect perfection, but clean, has everything you need and is a good value. We had a great stay.

Simply fantastic! 10 min to Manatee Springs State Park. Right on the beautiful Suwannee River with a sunroom on the dock for sunrises and sunsets! The owners, Joe and Mary live next door and are wonderful hosts. Can’t wait to go back!

Great location
Great river view
Loved the raised screened-in dock porch.
The house could use some updating. I dont have allergies but found house seemed to trigger a runny nose situation while there.
