This beautiful 3rd floor condo features an elevator, granite kitchen countertops, double oven and stovetop, dishwasher, Keurig, bar seating, dining table for 6, laundry room, Smart TV's in king bedrooms and living room, triple bunkbed in 3rd bedroom (perfect for the kids), furnished patio overlooking the canal and the Gulf of Mexico in the distance - excellent for watching spectacular sunsets. Charter a fishing excursion, stroll around the neighborhood along the Suwannee River, grab lunch at the Gateway Marina (just a 5 minute walk around the canal), splash in the outdoor pool, or just relax in this quaint fishing village. If you bring your own boat or kayaks, dock space is available for use free of charge. Shired Island Beach (on the Gulf) is 14 miles away.

Our family enjoyed our stay making memories. The condo, pool ,and boat parking was excellent. Met some really good people and can't wait to rent again, the host was wonderful.
