We got the suite thanks to the lovely front desk and it was just amazing, beautiful room, very spacious and the perfect way to end our stay in Jordan.
The staff here are friendly & helpful. The breakfast had enough options and a great indoor and outdoor seating. Lot of shops/restaurants in this area. No in-house spa but there's one nearby at good price for ladies/men.
Overall very happy with the stay, and would stay again.

I recently stayed at the Golden Tulip Amman. The hotel is brand new and has good potential, but there are still some areas that need improvement.
TV: The in-room TVs are not fully functional and the channels are limited. This is something that should be enhanced for a better guest experience.
Showers: The showers need attention, both in terms of water pressure and overall setup. For a new hotel, this should be more refined.
Amenities: The amenities are quite basic at the moment. Adding more thoughtful touches would really elevate the stay.
Overall, the hotel is promising, but I believe with some improvements it can truly deliver the quality expected from a Golden Tulip property.
