Excellent staff, excellent location as all shops you need is just a walking distance .
On arrival I have been allocated to a very untidy room . Also cleansers of bed sheets was an issue .

The hotel is very clean, the water in the shower was hot, the staff was very very kind and very accomodative. Breakfast was decent although there could have been more diversity.
Some rooms are facing the street, and can be noisy. However the rooms away ftom the street.

The terrace was private and relaxed. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The receptionist Razan was amazing, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and spoke perfect English
There is no restaurant aside from breakfast. The hotel is located on a main road and the windows are not sound proof so you can hear traffic and sirens 24/7
