The Space:

Our guests rave about the convenience and walkability score of this sparkling clean, brand new 3bd/2.5ba house in a beautiful, pedestrian/bike friendly mid-city neighborhood! Stroll to grocery stores, markets, boutiques, incredible restaurants, and local bars.

The stylish white gourmet kitchen features white counters, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher and is fully-stocked with dishware, utensils, coffee station, etc. The counter-height dining table has four bar stools. The kitchen island has a breakfast bar with space for additional seating.

Most of the Mid-City area is walking distance to the Canal Streetcar line. It's extremely pedestrian-friendly and bike-friendly. The Lafitte Greenway provides a safe bike and pedestrian corridor connecting to the French Quarter, as does the streetcar, which you are a block away from. You can also easily and cheaply uber or lyft anywhere in the city!

The space was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for our needs. While not in the heart of a bustling area, it was a comfortable walk to some of our favorite spots from the trip. It’s a great place to come back to and rest after a long day out. The owner was accommodating with our flight schedule, and we had no trouble with check-in or access. There was a brief moment of uncertainty when the listing became inaccessible after booking, but the owner remained responsive and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly in the end.
