The Space:

This listing combines two separate, fully self-contained homes located around the corner from each other in New Orleans. One home sits one block off Magazine Street, and the other sits directly on Magazine Street. The homes are not next door to each other โ€” they are separated by a coffee shop and approximately a 2-minute walk apart. The homes do not connect internally and are accessed independently. Each home has its own entrance, kitchen, outdoor space, and parking. When booked together, your group has exclusive access to all interior spaces in both homes.

Private courtyard accessible through the back of the kitchen and living room, fully fenced. Includes a heated pool and hot tub. The rooftop deck is accessible from the second floor balcony off the bunk room and features a gas grill, dining table with seating for 8, and two double chaise loungers.



Guest Access:

Both homes are accessed via smart locks. Door codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in.

One home sits one block off Magazine Street and the other sits directly on it, putting your group at the center of Uptown New Orleans. Together they give you an unbeatable base for exploring the city โ€” strolling Magazine Street, catching the St. Charles streetcar, visiting the Garden District, or venturing into the French Quarter. The neighborhood is walkable, vibrant, and perfectly positioned for groups who want to be close to everything without sacrificing space or privacy.

All guests after booking will receive a curated list of local recommendations including favorite restaurants, spots, and activities to enhance your stay.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is highly walkable, with plentiful on-street parking and easy access to public transit. The St. Charles streetcar stop at Erato is a 5-minute walk. The French Quarter and Superdome are a 5โ€“7 minute drive or 20โ€“25 minute walk. The No. 11 bus runs every 20 minutes directly to the Quarter. Uber, taxi, and bike are all great options as well.

โ€” The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If your dates border these holidays and you'd like the pool heated, please reach out and we'll confirm based on our winterizing schedule.

โ€” The hot tub is available year-round but has scheduled maintenance. We will notify guests of any maintenance windows and work to keep them as brief as possible.
