There was a vagrant on the front step when we wanted to go out on the first evening. However he was no problem and had left when we returned.

Very spacious, bed slept comfortable
Had drainage problem in the shower and had roaches come out the drain in the master bedroom

The condo was large and comfortable, close to the streetcar lines, grocery store and restaurants. Great fir a large gathering of friends or family.
The floors were not clean, no kitchen towels, not enough towels in the bathrooms.

Space big enough for family. Pool area was nice. Enough parking and walking distance to shops and stores.
The dryer didn’t work so we couldn’t wash the towels/clothes. The downstairs bedroom beds were very uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. It made sleeping miserable. Also you could hear every flush and use of water in the downstairs bedroom from the plumbing in the walls. It made sleeping in the room almost unbearable. For this reason I cannot rate this property higher and be of good faith.
