I loved the decor and the overall comfort of the property.
The stair cases were not ADA compliant. So handicapped people had a lot of problems climbing to bedrooms and bathroom. Also did not like how the staff opened the doors without confirming that the eyes were staff. No one had ID or badges and didn't give me enough time to get to the door before they were trying to get in. They should call or text before coming in. If I had young children in the lower level that would have become very confrontational for the staff. Also they should use translator to talk with tenants. It was confusing with the woman manager the last day. Lastly all rooms should have TVs.

Space big enough for family. Pool area was nice. Enough parking and walking distance to shops and stores.
The dryer didn’t work so we couldn’t wash the towels/clothes. The downstairs bedroom beds were very uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. It made sleeping miserable. Also you could hear every flush and use of water in the downstairs bedroom from the plumbing in the walls. It made sleeping in the room almost unbearable. For this reason I cannot rate this property higher and be of good faith.
