Roomy 4BR condo with nice pool. 2 Car garage for secure parking behind gated entry. Walked to Jazz Fest in 25 min (1.3 miles). Nice restaurants nearby (within 2 blocks): Katies, Luizza’s and Vessel.

Locatie prima, ruime parkeergelegenheid, vlak bij trams. Ruim huis voor grote groep
Geen airco in de slaapkamer beneden (en dus te warm), één van de bedden boven had een kuil waardoor het niet prettig lag.

good location with plenty of parking. Kitchen had utensils for cooking. Tons of room for our group to spread out.

Many maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Unit is supposed to sleep 12, but doesn’t even have dishes/glasses for 8. Kitchen not stocked for cooking (no can opener, measuring cups, cookie sheets, etc.)
