Hosteeva Modern Condo Near Magazine St & Close to FQ

The property was nice, spacious and close to everything.

No dislikes.

Lovely condo with good amenities. Staff was very helpful and assisted with any issues that arose swiftly.

The cleanliness of the property, the high ceilings the pool and the rooms that fit my family comfortably. We like the location relative to the French Quarter and the street car/trolley’s location was a big plus.

I believe there is area of improvement. There was a foul odor in the apartment as soon as we walked in. We couldn’t identify what caused it or where it came from. A floor mat and a small night stand in the room with the bunk bed would have been nice. The garbage container in front of the property was just nasty. It was full and smelled during our stay.

The inside is super spacious and huge amount of space in all the rooms.

There is a strong musty/moldy type smell that was present the entire stay. It was bad enough we had to leave the door open to try and air it out. Even felt like our clothes smelled. The air even turned down didn’t seem to completely cool anything off either. The photos make it appear you have a nice outdoor area to sit, but our unit had a metal chair in a 2ft wide alley way and a fence up against the edge blocking the diner off that was beside it. The outdoor light didn’t come on either so it was just a pitch black tiny alley with no views but concrete walls. It also appears in photos you have a porch or balcony type area, you do not. There is no real outdoor space.
