About this house rental
Experience New Orleans from this stunning, fully renovated historic home located just minutes from the French Quarter. Thoughtfully redesigned in 2022, it features a luxurious heated pool, outdoor kitchen, lush tropical landscaping, custom furnishings, locally commissioned artwork and a fully equipped kitchen.
The space
Backyard/ Pool
The backyard is a true oasis complete with a spacious, heated pool, an extra large dining table and an outdoor kitchen.
Dining Room
The dining room has a large custom built dining table that can comfortably seat 10 people.
Living Room
The living room has comfortable chairs, a large sectional, 80” HDTV and double glass sliders leading to the backyard.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a large refrigerator with filtered water and ice making, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, etc. A coffee bar with local coffee is provided.
5 Bedrooms
All five bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses, crisp hotel-quality percale sheets, full length mirrors and blackout curtains.
5 Bathrooms
All five are full bathrooms.
Laundry
Washer and dryer are provided, as well as laundry basket and iron/ironing board
Other things to note
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, we ask that guests adhere to occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am).
Per city of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations but monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.
For the security of our guests, we have a security camera located by the front door.
Monday and Thursday morning pool cleaning and landscape maintenance
On Monday and Thursday mornings (8-11 am) Jose comes to check the chemicals and clean the pool and Lauren comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance.
Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
