The Space:
Inside, this luxury villa in Emilia Romagna is set over two floors. The interiors have a timeless elegance to them, combining both classic and modern design elements.

On the ground floor, guests will discover two comfortable double bedrooms, each with private bathroom. There is also a separate WC. The large living room is light and airy thanks to its vast windows. Doors lead directly from here to the garden. Also on this floor is a spacious conservatory measuring over 40 square metres. This is a delightful area which truly brings the outdoors in. Doors once again lead from this room directly out to the garden. Finally, there is a well equipped kitchen on the ground floor too.

An impressive staircase takes guests to the first floor of the property. Here, there is a second living area and three further bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a rather unique feature - a walk in shower which connects this room with the adjoining ensuite bathroom.

The floors are cleverly connected via a beautiful two storey library designed by local craftsmen.

The food at each is exceptional, making the most of the delicious, fresh produce grown within the estate. There is also a stylish bar within the main house on the estate and a wine cellar should guests wish to enjoy a wine tasting during their stay.
