The Space:
The villa itself is set on three levels. On the ground floor is an enormous open plan living and dining area, furnished with large, comfortable sofas and chairs. A large TV sits in this room whilst there are chaise longues for those looking to simply relax with a good book. There is also an adjacent stainless steel, fully equipped, professional kitchen.

Upstairs, there are five elegant double bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Each room has been designed to make the very most of the exceptional views that surround this Bologna villa rental. Two of the rooms can be connected should guests wish, making it ideal for families with young children.

The top floor of this Bologna villa rental has a number of different uses. It works equally well as a meditation space and work area. Or, for those travelling with younger children, it's also a fantastic play room and games area. Incidentally, should you have children but also want to work, there is a second smaller office on the ground floor that guests can use too.

Outside, guests have use of a large, private infinity swimming pool. This can be illuminated at night to add real atmosphere to your surroundings as you enjoy dinner al fresco. Plenty of sun loungers and outdoor furniture is arranged on the terrace that surrounds it. There is also an outdoor pergola which provides a lovely space for evening meals.

The food at each is exceptional, making the most of the delicious, fresh produce grown within the estate. There is also a stylish bar within the main house on the estate and a wine cellar should guests wish to enjoy a wine tasting during their stay.
