Villa Pergola is a stunning villa near Bologna. It sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms. Situated on a beautiful estate in rural Emilia Romagna, the property is also just a 30 minute drive into the heart of Bologna itself. Outside, guests enjoy a private panoramic pool as well as not one, but two, private jacuzzis. An elegant portico is the perfect setting to relax over a meal enjoying each others company.
The Space:
On the ground floor of this villa near Bologna, guests will find a large living area and adjacent kitchen. Both have been decorated in neutral relaxing shades of cream, beige and brown. Also on this floor is a large bedroom suite. This is a stunning space with a bedroom, private living room and bathroom.
On the first floor, guests will find two more bedroom suites, each with small living areas and private bathrooms. The final bedroom suite is on the top floor of this villa. Each bedroom is quite contemporary in style whilst the living areas have a slightly more traditional but still contemporary feel to them.
This villa near Bologna is one of five other villas on the estate. Each enjoys complete privacy. This location has some real benefits. It means that guests enjoy all the benefits of a self catered villa with all the luxuries of a hotel.
