This lower level home features a large living area with one bedroom area (without a door) that has a queen bed and a full (double) bed in the living area. There is a dining table, full kitchen, full bathroom, washer/dryer and private rear entrance with access to a back yard. Combine with the upstairs unit (separate listing) to sleep up to 12 people! Note there is an exterior camera on the doorbell.
Guest Access:
You'll have easy access to the property 24/7 through our electronic lock, which generates a unique code for each guest that automatically expires upon their departure and won't work before their arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Brightwood Park is a lovely, green neighborhood that is super close to Silver Spring but also very accessible to all of DC.
Getting Around:
There are lots of bus routes nearby, and parking is easy here and you can also use Uber or Lyft to cheaply and easily get around.
