Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.
The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

This was a great place close to pentagon city mall and metro. Lots of dining choices in a very nice building complex, with very helpful concierge. It was great to have three beds and a nice space to spread out in.

The condo is roomy with bare bones furnishings. Just the essentials. Lobby staff are accommodating, but be sure to ask where to park when you check in! Beds are comfy but pillows are very flat and lack support. The location is superb, 1 block from the Metro and surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. Traffic is a mess all around DC, so take public transportation and save the nightmare of trying to find on street parking! The Metro is cheap! For the location alone, I would stay in this unit again.

The unit was clean and had all basic needs. The second bedroom is actually more like a converted space. The forts have glass panes with no covering so the room was exposed. Also there is no closet in the bedroom and no mirror. As I was traveling with a colleague for business this was less than ideal.
