We were in DC during the Eastern heat wave when temps were 110 with the heat index. There were a few quirks but I don’t feel they can be attributed to the rental or host. The apartment was nice and comfortable for the 6 of us. It was in a great location for our many excursions and for coffee and shopping. The apartment complex had a small grocery in the downstairs level that was handy. The lobby was nice but the hallways definitely need improvement. The building is pet friendly but the apartment is not so there was no “signs” of pet living in the apartment. It was clean and efficient. The host does provide only one set of towels per guest so we did take extras, the ladies all needed 2 per shower. If we visit DC again we would stay in this location, the hosts were responsive and anything that wasn’t perfect was outside the apartment and beyond their control. They seemed to be very nice people.

This apartment was comfortable and centrally located, making it a convenient choice for our entire family. While the building is older and currently undergoing renovations, the apartment itself has been thoughtfully updated, clean, and well-appointed. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

The place met our families needs, we enjoyed our stay. We used Uber in and out of the city and delivery was not an issue. The in the winter months the heating can be tricky, just reach out to management, they are very responsive.

Property was just as shown on the VRBO site. Twenty four hour concierge made our comings and goings very easy. The Metro is about a block away. Reagan International Airport was a 10 minute Uber ride. We’d go back.
