Pet Policy:
We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately(airbnb is a seperate fee requested). A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.
Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.
Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.

We had a wonderful stay here. Large, spacious, clean condo with a beautiful view of the marina. We loved the screened in patio as well! Also thank you for being pet friendly :)

We had a wonderful time. Love the view, so relaxing. Nice long walks along the marina and adjacent neighborhoods. Maui, our dog, also gave it a 4 paws up review. Hope to be able to return sometime in the near future.

Our family really enjoyed our week at the condo we rented at St. James Marina. The condo was clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The screened porch was wonderful to enjoy the weather and water views of the marina. We really appreciated all the seating that was available on the porch. We would definitely rent this condo again!
