Located on the third floor, this condo features 9' ceilings and over 1400 sq ft of light and bright living space, additional 270 sq ft porch overlooking the St. James Marina, and close to dining, shopping, and entertainment.
You will find a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, two closets and access to the large deck to enjoy the marina views. The master bath featuring a double sink, a jetted soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, full bath, dresser, closet, microwave and mini fridge. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a closet and the full guest bathroom is just outside the door.
Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. The condo is equipped with Free WiFi (high-speed wireless internet) to make your stay more comfortable.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
Six people can be comfortably accommodated for sleeping and dining.
The condo is situated at the marina on the intracoastal waterway with dockside dining and a tiki bar, The marina also features boat launching and daily and overnight docking, as well as a local Artisan gift shop.

Wonderful time at the marina condo in St. James. Close to the beach, town, and ferry to Bald Head Island. Spacious and bright with a great porch for relaxing and enjoying the view.

The condo was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the stay overall. Especially the screened porch and marina views. The beach club we didn't utilize since we weren't able to get parking nearby. That was the only pitfall. But overall it was a nice place.
