Lake Thun Alps Scenic Views and Concierge by SwissHut

Really nice chateaux, everything what was needed to as there, clean bedsheets, towels. The hosts were so so nice, they were replying within 7-10 minutes and even at 2 a.m. on New Year’s Eve. Explained everything clearly to us! The rooms are nice and comfortable. Very warm hahaha, it was nice to sleep and warm.

The kitchen is very very small for such big house. Keep it mind if you’re coming with a big company. And also it was a bit inconvenient to have only one bathroom in the main building, cause the 2nd bathroom is downstairs inside of the room. So some guests had to come to take a shower on the room of other guests.

Location is stunning overlooking the lake thun Complimentary coffee provided.

Lack of basic condiments, salt/pepper. Paying over 2k for 4 nights would atleast get you basic functional kitchen for cooking. Also, someone parked in our designated car park and we had to wait for hours to get a response from host in a thunderstorm. We even called them direct without any response. They eventually got back after hours. No disability/elder access either, alot of stairs to go through before you get to the property Keep that in mind
