Location was excellent: sea view and access to the town.
Steps into the house were awkward. Also, the steps inside were too high. Bed in downstairs room was in wrong postion re the door. Central heating system needed unlocking, necessitating a call to the house agents. Also, the electric fire gave off no heat. Front gate had a rusty bolt and was stiff to open. Also, a few plants in the front garden would be nice and encourage sitting out in it. Bath was too high to get in easily. Also, the radiator didn't seem to work.

The location was fantastic, 10-15 minutes walk from the train & bus stations to/from which we could travel across Cornwall, with stunning sea view and we could see the St Michael's Mount from our window.
WiFi is probably the only thing that was really poor basically like almost everywhere in Cornwall
