Find somewhere else to stay. Disappointing and misleading.

The room was advertised as having a kitchenette, but unfortunately, the microwave did not work, and there were no usable plates, cups, or cutlery—only one chipped cup and one set of cutlery. The toilet was not clean, and there were visible marks on the walls. When we tried to fix the microwave issue, we were asked to check the fuse box, which was located above the door. To reach it, we had to move the bed, and underneath it we found a large amount of dust, dirt, and old food, including chips and chocolate. In addition, the door pin code provided did not work properly, which made it inconvenient coming in and out. When I asked the owners about this and requested a partial refund, they simply asked for photos of the concerns I raised. I explained that it was difficult to take photos of things that weren’t there! When they knew I didn’t have photos they stopped engaging with me. When I pushed this they offered me a free night in return for a positive review. I will never go back.

The property was clean it was a very nice little place to stay for a little get away for one night , nice & quiet

Staff were really lovely and place was clean

despite advertising a kitchenette there wasnt any plates, cutlery or even cups to make a cup of tea and the area felt very unsafe, didnt sleep well at all, placed towel on radiator and radiator fell off the wall (staff did fix this no issues next morning though)

There was no crockery or cutlery which defeats the object of having a fitted kitchen because we couldn’t eat the food we bought for breakfast. We were told by staff when the items are provided, they are stolen by guests. Which is a bad indictment of the society we live in today. Because the property has only recently been renovated. It appeared the electrician had not cleaned up after himself and left a number of small pieces of wiring cable on the floor. Plus where he had drilled into the wall to fit a towel rail the had not cleaned the dust off the skirting board and floor.
