Saryan Vibes Boutique Stay with Netflix and Self Check-in

Есть все для комфортного проживания. Стиральная, гладильная, утюг, порошок, средства гигиены. До центра 5 минут пешком, но сама квартира в тихом районе. Лифт есть.

Super nice and modern apartment, which has been recently renovated and feels like brand new. Comfortable bed and pillows. Large TV sets in the bedroom and in the living room. Even though it’s below the ground floor, there is still natural light and it is quiet. Strong and reliable WiFi. The host is very friendly and provided all necessary check-in information in advance. Overall - a great choice for your stay in Yerevan.

The place was super amazing.. ideal central location with close proximity to rupiblis Square and cascade by walk.. also plenty of restaurant and cafe options.. place is fully new with modern amenities and furniture and smells good.. host Garrick was extremely helpful and always available on WhatsApp.. was kind and generous enough to buy a gift for our little daughter.. Only thing is some construction/maintenance work is still going on inside the building , so it looks a bit messy when u enter the property but that totally gets compensated and u will ignore that once u will enter the super nice apartment..

I stayed in this flat for a week in early September while traveling for work. The positive aspects: The flat has been recently renovated and comes with all necessary amenities for living (washing machine, iron, hairdryer, etc.). Wi-Fi worked very well throughout my stay without any interruptions. The check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth. Excellent location in the city center, within walking distance of all main attractions.

However, there were also some drawbacks: The flat is located in a very old building, and there was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. I understand this can be a common issue in older buildings in Yerevan, but it was still uncomfortable. During my one-week stay, there were two electricity blackouts in the flat (while the neighbors still had power). The first was resolved within a couple of hours, but the second lasted until late afternoon the next day. I had notified the host early in the morning around 9am. Unfortunately, the host was not in Yerevan and has no management agent to address urgent issues. I had to wait until 5 pm for it to be fixed, which disrupted my work schedule and left me unable to shower or prepare properly for a business meeting.
