The location was ideal, close proximity to all places in Yerevan within walking distance. Shops and restaurants directly at your step. Despite the busy street, it is very quiet inside the apartment. Super clean and all facilities provided. Lovely kitchen and overall really beautiful apartment. Thank you for the stay!

Стильный дизайн, все принадлежности для удобства, расположение в самом центре, куча мест в шаговой доступности, где можно вкусно поесть и купить продукты. Удобная и понятная схема бесконтактного заселения. 3 кондиционера в квартире, что для жаркого летнего Еревана идеально. Всегда приходили домой с радостью!
Как небольшая рекомендация - докупить разделочную доску, т.к. на кухне было всё и даже больше, но почему-то кроме доски)

Нечасто пишем отзывы , но это место заслуживает отдельной оценки. Квартира была чистая , полностью укомплектована. Когда заехали в квартиру было на улице жарко +40 , но о нас подумали, были включены кондиционеры ( их 3 шт) , и зашли в освежающую квартиру. Понравилась посуда , балкон , кресло с пуфом . Удобное расположение , всё рядом . Видно что люди следуют важному принципу: «Заботьтесь не только о своих интересах, но и об интересах других.» Мы чувствовали что о нас заботились ! Спасибо
