La pisizione eccezzionale l' appartamento molto spazioso, andrebbe rivista la cucina o per lo meno tenuta meglio. Non ho apprezzato, ma questo e' un gusto personale l' orinatoio per gli uomini presente in bagno, per il resto doccia spaziosa e ampiezza del bagno molto comoda, consiglio un piccolo mobiletto per appoggiare le cose.Molto spaziosa.
La tenuta della cucina, andrebbe pulita meglio, abbiamo trovato polvere e macchie sul vetro del forno.Cosa non aporezzata ma ripeto per gusto personale l'urinatoio in bagno.

Schöne geräumige Zimmer, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, schöner Balkon. Betten schön bequem. Überall gute Beleuchtung, ideal zum Lesen. Perfekte Lage für Skilangläuder. Schön ruhig gelegen.
Da die Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss liegt, die Eingangstür aber im Erdgeschoss, ist die Wohnung für Familien mit kleinen Kindern eher ungeeignet. Die überall ausliegenden Matten sind Stolperfallen.

Die Lage und die Wohnung an und für sich waren sehr gut. W-LAN war stark und hat funktioniert. Trotz Strasse und Gästen im Erdgeschoss, keine wirklichen Lärmexpositionen.
Die Einrichtung der Küche ist dürftig. Es fehlen Basis-Sachen wie z.B. Schwingbesen, Brotmesser, Geschirr-Trockentuch. Es fehlen auch ein Besen (oder Staubsauger) und Schreibzeug. Die Sauberkeit hat vermutlich gelitten, weil der Vermieter krankheitshalber eine Ersatzperson organisieren musste.
