Φιλότιμη η προσπάθεια της Κωνσταντινιάς! Καλός ο χώρος της ντουζιέρας!
Είναι παλιά η κατασκευή και κάπως ιδιαίτερη. Το κλιματιστικό που έχει είναι παλιό και δεν είναι αρκετό για όλους τους χώρους! Προσοχή στο Πάρκιγκ! Εάν έχεις μεγάλο ή χαμηλό αυτοκίνητο, καλύτερα να μη τολμήσεις να το χρησιμοποιήσεις. Εάν μετακινείτο το αυτοκίνητο που είναι σε ακινησία , ενδεχομένως θα ήταν πιο εύκολα τα πράγματα.

Studio ist luxuriös eingerichtet mit einem tollen Bad und einer großen und gut ausgestatteten Küche. Ein großer Balkon steht dem Gast auch zur Verfügung. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, aber das Apartment befindet sich in einer Nachbarschaft voller Geschäfte und Lokale. Es ist relativ ruhig und die Lärmbelästigung durch den Verkehr hält sich in Grenzen. Am kleinen Hof vor dem Haus ist auch ein Parkplatz, der kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Στα αρνητικά το κλιματιστικό χρειάζεται αντικατάσταση - αναβάθμιση . Παλιά πολυκατοικία , περίεργη διαρρύθμιση
