There was a large garbage bin directly in front of the building entrance, which created a very unpleasant smell every time we entered or left the property. There were also many homeless people gathering around the garbage bin. We couldn’t use the balcony at all. At night, it was full of cockroaches on the walls, floor, and around the building, making it impossible to sit outside. The cleaning products appeared to be diluted with water, especially the hand soap. The hand soap dispenser was empty, and there was no tissues provided. In my opinion, the skylight windows should also have curtains or blinds for guests who don’t want to be woken up by the early morning sunlight.
