Check-in was smooth and easy. We were a family of 8, so having four separate bedrooms and three bathrooms was great and something we could not find elsewhere. On the map it doesn't seem close to the tourist attractions, but location is 10 min walking distance from Termini, 3-4 minutes to the Republica metro, and 1 minute to a bus station, 15 min to Fontana di Trevi, 20 min to the colosseo so easy to get around and away from big crowds of tourists.
Showers were tiny and the kitchen was not the most convenient set-up. Would not hurt to have small conveniences like laundry soap, shampoo and a small clothing rack for towels and laundry.
