Liked the first floor easy entry location and the decor was nice beach type with bright colors.
Walk in shower did not have any shelving for soap and shampoo

first floor was easy for our disabled dog. Vacasa is a really good management company - I do recommend them.
heard upstairs footsteps and plumbing. no Kleenex. don't think anyone had actually lived there. no big coffee mugs. Location beware: there is a single family home with the same street address nearby - drive there twice by accident. annoying. needs a table or floor lamp in the living room.
