Spacious Condo•Pond Views•Centrally located

Convenient, clean with two parking spots. Loved the porch and rockers. Beds comfortable. Host answered our question immediately.

Great set up and plenty of room and parking! Host was easy to communicate with and they were very quick to reply. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

This beautiful condo was exactly as pictured and was a great place for our family to stay. The main bedroom was large with a comfy bed and good sized bathroom and walk-in closet. The 2 other bedrooms were good sizes with comfy beds for our teens, and a clean bathroom between their rooms. The main room had really comfortable furniture with a large TV, a few games, and footstools under the coffee table that were a nice surprise. The 3 season porch was a favorite as we played games or read a book and enjoyed looking over the pond. The condo complex was quiet and a nice place to be able to go for a run. The beach being less than 10 minutes away was perfect as we were away from the busiest parts of Rehobeth Beach but within a quick drive. Bohdan was very helpful and communicative. He responded very quickly with any questions I had, including telling us the best beaches for sunrise and sunset. :) He also had a binder with local information and beach chairs and some toys available to take to the beach. He also responded quickly when we found out that the blender was broken and brought us a new one the next day! We were extremely happy with our stay and were sad when we had to leave!

The host was welcoming and kept us apprised of conditions regarding the winter storm. Great layout of space. Very quiet and felt safe. Spacious and the porch would be terrific in warm weather.
