Perfect property for our week in Lewes. Quiet, peaceful location with easy access to coastal highway (route 1). The deck backs up to a wooded area so it was a peaceful, quiet space where we enjoyed our morning coffee and in the evenings for cocktails. The temps reached 100 degrees during our stay and the A/C worked great in keeping both levels of the house cool. The ceiling fans in each room also helped keep the 2nd level rooms very comfortable. Overall cleanliness was good. I provided feedback as the floors needed some attention, but otherwise felt all spaces to include bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Pool was a great option and a quick walk from the house that included bathrooms and showers along with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous property. Very clean and welcoming. Loved all the beach decor. The beds are super comfy. The showers strong and refreshing. We had everything we needed to cook. Loved the ice waiting in the freezer. The only thing we felt was missing was a grab handle to help us getting out of the bath or shower. Otherwise it was perfect for us all. Thank you so much .
