I had a wonderful stay at La Spezia Accommodation in Rome. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Metro, making it easy to reach all of Rome’s major attractions while still enjoying a quieter neighbourhood. Massimo was welcoming, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions, making the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. There were plenty of local cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, which gave us a chance to experience a more authentic side of the city. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend La Spezia to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and great-value base for exploring Rome.

房东非常热情细心，入住的每个细节都交代的很清楚，在39度高温的罗马，每个房间的空调都非常给力。 厨房设施也很齐全，可以自己做简餐和煮咖啡。 两个独立卧室，其中一个有独立卫生间，墙上手机充电插座很方便。另外还有一个公共卫生间。 客厅有两个大沙发，人多的话也可以住。 公寓出行很方便，地铁公交都在5分钟内，可以通达所有想去的景点，步行10分钟，就是著名的圣乔瓦尼大教堂，可以安排半天时间参观。

楼层低不能用电梯，不过和优越的住宿条件比不算大问题
