Poziționarea în oraș, apartamentul în sine și modul de dispunere a camerelor, amabilitatea și recomandările, posibilitatea de a fi cazat mai devreme și fără formalități complicate.
Zgomotul străzii, care se aude foarte tare, mai ales noaptea, din camera tip living cu bucătărie.
RECOMAND proprietarilor sa adauge garnitura din cauciuc la ferestrele care sunt foarte frumoase. Doar în acest fel s-ar putea reduce gălăgia.

The hosts were incredibly kind and let us check in our bags early while it was still being cleaned. We went for lunch and then came back early afternoon to rest. They also let us stay a little longer on checkout day. The apartment is clean and well located, just a few minutes walk from San Giovanni metro station. It is also good value for money. If I come back to Rome, I'll book this apartment again.

Το κατάλυμα δεν περιλάμβανε πρωινό. Η τοποθεσία ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο. Με καταστήματα για αγορές, και πρωινό. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπήρχε στάση metro, και λεωφορείου.
Η πολυκατοικία δεν ήταν τόσο καθαρή σε σχέση με τα διπλανά κτήρια που ήταν επίσης παλιά, (αλλά σε πολύ καλύτερη κατάσταση από αυτήν που ήταν το διαμέρισμα που μείναμε).
Επίσης μύριζε το κλιμακοστάσιο. Το διαμέρισμα ήθελε βάψιμο και το μπάνιο ανακαίνιση.

Localização ao lado do metro, mercado e lojas fantásticas! quero voltar a ficar hospedado neste local em uma nova visita a Roma. O cuidado do anfitrião me fez sentir em casa. tudo pensado nos minimos detalhes, eu e minha familia amamos esta estadia.
perfeito a estadia, porem pode ter mais uma panela maior para cozinhar massas.
