Clean, had everything we needed and good location.
Everything was good, but like most things in the UK expensive.

Location
Looked unloved, like no one had been for months before us, no welcome info package, untidy outside, disappointing. The code for key lock was wrong so had to call a couple of times to get the right number. Boiler didn’t work so no hot water. Someone call to talk us through how to fiddle with boiler, we had to do this several times a day. Good location.
